Since 2011, the French traditional horse riding style is named as World Immaterial Cultural Heritage, by the Unesco. The whole horse world is looking to French since centuries for its art to ride horses based on the harmony between the rider and his mount. This art rejects the power use and the pressure, and prefers to target a perfect mutual understanding, as well as the fluidity of movement in which the couple can totally express himself. The key word of the discipline is the "lightness", in the proper sense but also in the figurative one.
